Franklin County Antique Machinery Show is held at the Brookville Fairgrounds in Brookville Indiana. Featured for 2010 is Allis-Chalmers tractors & related equipment plus Stover Gas Engines. Admission to the show is $3.00 per person, children under 12 are free. This year the activities include, corn shredding, soap making, broom making, homemade ice cream, tractor games, saw mill, steam engines, threshing, flea market, crafts, hay baling, summer kitchen items, primitive camping, and church services. Thursday and Friday night antique tractor pulls and Saturday night a horse pull.

Brookville's Chamber of Commerce kicks off our holiday season on November 19th by lighting the Christmas lights on Main Street. Children visit Santa and his "real" reindeer. Much of the activities, games and goodies are free. Baked goods, hot chocolate, cider, soup and sandwiches for sale. Enjoy a wonderful trolley ride. The season's excitement begins with our Noel. Santa & treats, 6:30-9 p.m. Karaoke & Bonfire 9-11 p.m. Be sure to be a part of our 1st annual cookie baking contest!
